The assignment was to create a simple website and logo for this company on very short notice.

There wasn't a lot to work with because the briefing was kind of thin.

This was my very first webdesign assignment ever, which I started and completed during my internship, back in 2007.

I was asked to design a bilingual website for this restaurant.

It is a very simple design that met the wishes of the client in terms of colour and style perfectly.

I would probably do a lot of things differently nowadays. This is one of my first webdesigns ever as well.

This time I was asked to design a website for the Dutch artist Ronald Soeliman.

He wished to have a website which would attract people to his works and inspire them to see his paintings at various galleries and art displays.
I made use of light colors to bring a sense of calm and to really make the artist's works pop.

The client requested a re-design for his old website and suggested a three column layout to be the base of the design.

The client sent me two self-made designs in a Powerpoint file which I turned into what you see here.

I believe this page is a temporal page and will eventually be replaced with an actual website.

I found it difficult to design a website that has only very little content.
